Instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training (or ILT and VILT) is when an actual instructor facilitates a training for learners, either face-to-face or using online platforms. Some examples of when this learning delivery method is best include when there is a physical component to the learning, the training aims to change attitudes, or a Q&A session would be beneficial.
